    Delegates Anderson and Pino move to amend the bill on page 2, section 28, line 18, after the following: “license.” by striking the remainder of the subdivision and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Military identification shall be carried on the person at all times while trapping, hunting or fishing and shall serve in lieu of a license to trap, hunt or fish.”
